Marcus Lyons is the Founder and CEO of Lyons Group, Inc. From 2014 to 2021, he acted as Senior Director for the Tennessee Berkadia Team and has been exclusively engaged in the multifamily industry in Tennessee for over ten years. Since entering the multifamily industry, Marcus has closed over $850 million in transactions including $150 million in BTR communities over the last five years with his company, Lyons Group, Inc.

Marcus is viewed by many as not only a leader in the BTR community but as one of the top experts in real estate for Eastern Tennessee.

Marcus brings his experience-informed instincts about housing development, and ability to build the best deals for every piece of land, to lead the real estate success of LFG Homes.

Sal Simonetti brings more than 20 years of residential construction leadership to LFG Homes, where he serves as Vice President of Operations overseeing the Residential Construction Division.

His career spans the full breadth of the industry, from luxury custom homes to large-scale master-planned communities. Project experience ranges from 248-unit single-family neighborhoods to 3,000-unit mixed-use developments incorporating golf course, upscale amenities, and both multifamily and single-family product. He has held operations leadership roles with top five national homebuilders, including D.R. Horton and Taylor Morrison.

Before entering residential construction, Sal spent five years in heavy civil work in New Jersey, building roads, bridges, and underground utilities. That grounding in infrastructure continues to shape how he approaches site development and production building today.

Outside of work, Sal is an avid hunter and fisherman and spends his free time with his family.

Courtney DeVault is the Accounting Manager at LFG Homes LLC, bringing 12 years of accounting experience to the team.

Her career includes advancing to Controller for a roofing company with $65 million in annual revenue. Courtney has hands-on expertise across job cost, inventory, and nonprofit accounting, and has a genuine passion for building smooth, efficient operational workflows. She also loves training and developing her team, helping others grow their skills and confidence along the way.

Courtney's accounting studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga laid the groundwork for the technical expertise and collaborative spirit she brings to her work today.

Originally from Naples, Florida, she relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee two years ago. Outside the office, she enjoys camping and boating with her family and two sons.

Eric Fuller has 25 years of experience in the logistics industry with four years as COO and six years as CEO of US Xpress Enterprises. In 2018, Eric took US Xpress public on the NYSE. As CEO, he managed a company with over 10,000 employees, an annual capex of over $200 million, $2 billion in annual revenues, tens of thousands of mobile assets, and a high debt load. In 2023, the company was sold to the largest company in their sector.

Eric was a member of the Board of Directors for the Nashville Branch of the Atlanta Federal Reserve. His approach to hiring people with the right experience, setting up well documented workflows, putting the right infrastructure in place, and driving accountability in all facets of the operation translates across industries.

Eric brings his experience leading and scaling a publicly traded company in a volatile industry to lead the go-to-market and operational success of LFG Homes.

Ellen MacLean brings nearly a decade of experience in architectural design, with a background spanning multifamily, commercial, custom residential, and production homebuilding. Her experience across a variety of project types has given her a strong understanding of both the creative and technical sides of residential design, from early concepts through construction documentation and execution.

As Architectural Design Manager at LFG Homes, Ellen leads the development and coordination of the company’s home plans, working closely with construction, purchasing, sales, and design to ensure each home is thoughtfully designed, functional, and buildable. She also oversees architectural standards, plan development, lot-specific drawings, and design solutions as LFG continues to expand its communities and home offerings.

Ellen brings a design-focused perspective to LFG Homes with an emphasis on creating homes that feel intentional, livable, and distinctive while still meeting the practical demands of residential construction.

Brian Tucker brings more than 20 years of real estate expertise, beginning his career in accounting after earning his B.S. in Business Management with an Accounting concentration from Samford University in 2005. His early career included work at Sterne Agee & Leach as a Financial Reporting Accountant. In 2008, he earned his Master’s in Building Construction from Auburn University.

Throughout his career, Brian has been involved in a wide range of real estate ventures, from multifamily builds to investment advising and property management. As a Chattanooga native, Brian has deep local knowledge, which adds value to his projects. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time and continues to reside in Chattanooga.

Alain Johnson leads LFG's multifamily division, overseeing all aspects of construction operations across the company's multifamily and mixed-use portfolio — from preconstruction and budgeting through buyout, scheduling, field operations, and owner delivery.

He brings more than 25 years of construction leadership, including over $600 million in completed construction value and 3,500+ units delivered across Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Massachusetts. His experience spans garden, wrap, podium, and mixed-use product, along with luxury residential, with executive-level depth in preconstruction, GMP and lump-sum budget controls, CPM scheduling, subcontractor negotiation, and owner and investor reporting. Prior to LFG, Alain held senior project management and regional leadership roles with national and regional multifamily builders and developers, and spent several years owning and operating his own residential construction company.

At LFG, he is focused on building the systems, standards, and team that allow a growing division to deliver consistently — on schedule, on budget, and to the quality LFG expects.

Alain holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
