Marcus Lyons is the Founder and CEO of Lyons Group, Inc. From 2014 to 2021, he acted as Senior Director for the Tennessee Berkadia Team and has been exclusively engaged in the multifamily industry in Tennessee for over ten years. Since entering the multifamily industry, Marcus has closed over $850 million in transactions including $150 million in BTR communities over the last five years with his company, Lyons Group, Inc.

Marcus is viewed by many as not only a leader in the BTR community but as one of the top experts in real estate for Eastern Tennessee.

Eric Fuller has 25 years of experience in the logistics industry with four years as COO and six years as CEO of US Xpress Enterprises. In 2018, Eric took US Xpress public on the NYSE. As CEO, he managed a company with over 10,000 employees, an annual capex of over $200 million, $2 billion in annual revenues, tens of thousands of mobile assets, and a high debt load. In 2023, the company was sold to the largest company in their sector.

Eric was a member of the Board of Directors for the Nashville Branch of the Atlanta Federal Reserve. His approach to hiring people with the right experience, setting up well documented workflows, putting the right infrastructure in place, and driving accountability in all facets of the operation translates across industries.

Eric brings his experience leading and scaling a publicly traded company in a volatile industry to lead the go-to-market and operational success of LFG Homes.

Brian Tucker brings more than 20 years of real estate expertise, beginning his career in accounting after earning his B.S. in Business Management with an Accounting concentration from Samford University in 2005. His early career included work at Sterne Agee & Leach as a Financial Reporting Accountant. In 2008, he earned his Master’s in Building Construction from Auburn University.

Throughout his career, Brian has been involved in a wide range of real estate ventures, from multifamily builds to investment advising and property management. As a Chattanooga native, Brian has deep local knowledge, which adds value to his projects. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time and continues to reside in Chattanooga.

Sharon Combs is the Chief of Staff at LFG Homes, where she oversees company operations, growth strategy, and team alignment across multiple new-home communities in Tennessee. With over 15 years of experience in real estate, business development, and organizational leadership, she has played a key role in building efficient systems and high-performing teams that drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Before joining LFG Homes, Sharon co-founded and scaled several successful ventures and led sales and marketing operations for leading residential developers, managing hundreds of transactions across multiple communities. She brings deep real estate expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and operational discipline to support LFG Homes’ mission of building quality homes and sustainable communities across the Southeast.

Jules Norton, an alumna of The Art Institutes with a degree in Interior Design, brings a creative and visionary approach to LFG Homes. With extensive experience across Florida, California, and Tennessee, she has worked with both large-scale home builders and luxury custom homes. Jules’ passion lies in transforming spaces into homes, drawing on her ability to envision beauty in even the most basic settings. Her past work includes both residential design and education, where she taught art to elementary students.
As the lead designer for LFG homes, Jules provides home buyers with a streamlined design process, offering curated design packages that simplify decision-making. Outside of work, Jules enjoys family time, camping, and expressing her creative side through acting in films and commercials.
