Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Location: Chattanooga, TN (Project Site: Ooltewah, TN)

About the Role
LFG Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our multifamily apartment development in Chattanooga, TN. This role requires hands-on experience managing large- scale multifamily construction from pre-construction through closeout, along with proficiency in Procore project management software. You will be responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-unit residential development on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
– Own the project from pre-construction through certificate of occupancy
– Develop and maintain the master project schedule, managing critical path items
– Lead weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and coordinate all project stakeholders
– Manage project budgets, approve pay applications, track change orders, and deliver monthly cost reporting
– Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination across multiple buildings
– Manage the RFI, submittal, and change order processes within Procore
– Enforce quality control standards and ensure OSHA and local code compliance
– Manage site safety programs and provide regular project status updates to leadership

Qualifications
– 3–5+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction
– Active Procore experience required
– Experience managing 50+ unit projects from groundbreaking through turnover

– Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
– PMP or equivalent construction management credential preferred

Vice President of Finance and Administration

About the Role
The VP of Finance and Administration will lead all financial, administrative, and accounting infrastructure at LFG Homes, reporting directly to the CEO. This executive role combines daily financial operations with high-level strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise accounting operations including AP, AR, and payroll
– Drive monthly close, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant policies
– Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
– Manage cash flow, ACH transfers, and banking relationships
– Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning
– Oversee insurance renewals, benefits, and HR operations
– Manage compliance for 30+ entities including tax filings and K‑1 coordination
– Evaluate and scale financial systems to support growth

Qualifications
– Proven leadership in accounting, financial reporting, and multi-entity operations
– Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Construction or real estate experience a plus
– Excellent communication and analytical skills

Qualifications
